2023 Project 52 – 15/52

Quite a busy week actually. Besides normal home life, work, and school, we also just seemed to have done a lot.

We went to Penny Post because the Traveler’s Notebook stamp caravan stopped there this week. We got a print of my brother-in-law’s photo to hang in our kitchen. We made more progress on the library. We went to the Farmer’s Market at City Hall. We made a late night walk to the river to watch the tall ship Providence go through the Wilson bridge drawbridge.

Oh, and our old house is under contract after just a couple days on the market. So that happened too. Fingers crossed for a smooth next few weeks.

  1. Loved all the photos—definitely a different way of life in Alexandria. How often do they have the farmers market?

    • Every Saturday, rain or shine! George Washington used to send his produce from Mount Vernon to be sold here. Crazy.
