  1. hmm…I’ve made rhubarb and blueberry scones and am planning on making banana scones next. What is in the Irish scones that makes them Irish?

    • Not entirely sure. It was a box kit I found (just add water). They essentially tasted like biscuits, but a little more baking soda flavor I guess? They were quite tasty though, especially with some jam and butter. I wish I’d thought to buy clotted cream …
