Meditation Monday

I’ve been trying to meditate more regularly. Boy howdy do I need it! Today’s guided meditation was a lesson on equanimity.

The message that rang true was to remind myself that other people are just trying to live happy and free from suffering. Something I will strive to remind myself as some jerk-wad on their phone cuts me off because they weren’t PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ROAD! GET OFF YOUR DAM…

Ahem … I mean … it’s ok; they’re a human being. And, like me, they are just trying to live happy and free from suffering.
